Moving To A New Salon Letter To Clients

Chronicle of a twinning

And in fact we are in the station three. Oh well, patience, maybe before going to wait a few minutes ...

And those few more minutes of waiting are not in vain, because a little later here comes another, and then more! In the end, despite the sky come from a very few drops of rain, the group that starts without hesitation at a time in Turin is composed of as many as 12 cyclists, of which 7 of the category "not exactly young, male, 3 representatives of the fairer sex, and 2 kids that promise very well for a better future with fewer cars and more bikes.

Abbiamo sicuramente apprezzato la simpatia e la cordialità dell'invito, ma osservando lo spinning there remained the idea that it is even better a healthy bike ride to the countryside rather than the exercise forced indoors to a gym to the beat of pulsating music. Moreover, in the meantime had also released a bright sun, which then accompanied us for the rest of the day.

The arrival on the outskirts of Turin has been celebrated with the obligatory group photo in front of the sign, where we also decided to do that route in the city to reach the Parco del Valentino . We opted for the crossing of the center, taking advantage of the full closure to motorized traffic. So

down Corso Giulio Cesare Corso Palermo and then through the Royal Gardens and emerge in Piazza Castello. Not only the recommendations were not enough to pay maximum attention to the tram tracks, and so the first fall, fortunately without consequences, but would also have to recommend someone to pay attention to the fountains of Piazza Castello. Yes, you guessed it right there, there was another fall! A spring between the jets of the fountain! And the kids were not mica, which is thought to always be dissolute; two were "otherwise young people to engage in this original character!

pedalante Finally, our group then arrived at the Park Valentino, it was about 12:30 and there was obviously still a lot of movement. But then as we looked around we were greeted by a girl's smile Bike Pride organization that has cheered for our arrival! In complimented us for being there told us they knew we would have participated and who were eager to see us coming. He then indicated the location within the park where other riders were having a picnic.

And after this first get festive welcome here's another, less welcome, the lawns of the picnic by the children of Critical Mass Turin. A great group of smart people, who without giving us time to get off the bike already offered us cold beer, warm, and the invitation to sit down to dinner with them.

It was a real twin, complete with a gift exchange (our wine and their beer), but especially with the story of their experiences, reciprocal actions, and since now imagine you can participate at least once in each of the other cities, to the group, to increase the mass.

But there's more, because it came shortly after a group of Modena. Yes, you read that right: da Modena! Of course they did the whole journey by bike, have come almost to Turin by car and then did so only in the last part bike, but it is great desire they had to participate, so that he face such a transfer. And with them at the party joined the Lambrusco, which mica can say no!

So fatigue, combined with increasing alcohol content, has fueled much relaxation in the shade of large trees.

Meanwhile people began to arrive by bike, you start to feel some excitement, started the preparations. A nice initiative, promoted by a Ciclofficina, was distributed to all a small card and a clothes peg with which Gripper ranges, as was done by children, to make noise on the spokes of the wheel! Imagine as many bikes roaring hum all together!

And finally, here comes the magic moment: all ready to go. Far beyond the expectations of the organizers, several thousand gathered in the bike path behind the Castello del Valentino prancing forward to invade the city streets. And then, go! Finally he goes, the large group is carried out in a very long snake, slowly begins to walk the streets, through Piazza Vittorio, slips through the streets of downtown.

We are many, many, the parade never seems to end, you advance a bit ', then we stops, then starts again, bells are ringing, singing cyclists, passers-by who see amazing, you go to zig zag between the buildings, and then lead to Piazza San Carlo, Rome and along the central street finally arrive in Piazza Castello.

And all the joy and satisfaction of having participated in exchanging email addresses and commitments to resent, to organize, to make contacts for the future, we will run away even a few comments on the anger of the deplorable inevitable that the few motorists were nervous at having to give way to the parade, which could not refrain from playing the horn insistently still waiting at an intersection.

Every now and then two drops of water, and us by even faster, and so we managed to get dry until the first houses of Ivrea, now in anticipation of the arrival, when he finally began to rain. But now we had arrived, and we said goodbye in the rain and gathering for next time.

The comment of all is that it was a great day!
